Passion for the old books in Bangkok

The daily newspaper Bangkok Post has recently published a two pages article regarding the passion for collecting old books.
Thailand is a major destionation for turism, but recenty has becoming also a fulcrum for those collectors that needs to find forgotten treasures.
Thai citizens seem to discover the value of their culture in old books. Nowadays, social media and the large use of smartphones make books look forgotten tools on a lost world.
Though, recently, there are more and more collectors, searching for valuable artworks, prints and novel dated back to 130 years ago.
White Lotus Press has settled in Pattaya (2 hrs from Bangkok) few years ago and is still a publisher able to deliver orders all over the biggest universities.
Other publishers are present and still on business in Bangkok.
